Privacy Policy
In order to facilitate support, refunds, lost license codes, etc we store the personal information provided with orders for licenses for Reference Tracker v1 and v2 made via the Malkinware website, such as name and email address, in our database. We will not use this information for unsolicited contact or marketing. We will never give or sell this information to anyone. We do not store any customer financial or credit/debit card information. As of the release of Reference Tracker v3, licenses are no longer sold via the Malkinware website, and the software is available exclusively on the Mac App Store. We do not have access to any personal or financial information of users who purchase licenses via the Mac App Store.

License Agreement
The Reference Traacker software is sold exclusively by Apple Inc. via the Mac App Store. Use of this software is bound by Apple Inc.'s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Copyright
The Reference Tracker software and its component parts are owned by Jim McGowan and are protected by international law. Any components of the software which are owned by other entities or individuals are noted in the software's "About" window. The terms under which such components are used are noted in the software's "About" window.
Terms and Conditions for Sharing Reference Tracker Styles
The Reference Tracker software includes a feature allowing you to create your own custom reference styles. If you wish, you may chose to share the custom styles you create using the software's shared styles feature. By sharing a custom style, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The style you create remains your own copyright and intellectual property, and you are identified as the creator and owner of the style via the name you supply in the 'Creator' field of the style editor. However, you agree to make the style available to all other users of Reference Tracker by being hosted on Apple's iCloud servers and accessible via the Reference Tracker application. You also agree that other users of Reference Tracker may make derivative styles based on your style, and that those other users may share their derivative styles via the same mechanism and under the same conditions.
You allow Malkinware to make use of the name and content of your style in marketing material related to the Reference Tracker application, but Malkinware will in no way claim to be the creator or owner of your style, and will always clearly attribute you (with the name you enter in the 'Creator' field in the style editor) as the owner and creator of the style any time is is used in marketing material.
The only personal information stored and shared by Malkinware as a result of you sharing a style is the name you supply in the 'Creator' field in the style editor. No other information about you or your computer system is collected or stored. You may change the Creator name (or any other aspect of your style) at anytime by making the changes via the Style Editor on your computer and re-sharing the style. Any older versions are replaced by the new version.
If you wish to have your shared style removed from the cloud, simply email Malkinware at support@malkinware.com with your request, and it will be deleted from the server and no longer be accessible by other users.
